So before you get overwhelmed about entering a new fitness regime let us tell you what our philosophy is here Backcountry Fitness & Conditioning.

As a wife and mother of 5 children, hobby farm owner and business owner; I can understand how busy life gets.
But I feel that it is an obligation to keep ourselves healthy and live a well BALANCED lifestyle, and as an experienced, mother, trainers and lifestyle coach I can help you achieve your individual goals.

At Backcountry Fitness & Conditioning we believe in teaching long term healthy habits and helping you build realistic goals that will work for each of you.

We have a variety of programs that are offered here at Backcountry, that all play a huge role into your specific goals.

1) Fun and Motivating Boot camp Classes

Classes include a variety of different types of exercises focusing on improving cardiovascular endurance, overall body strength, confidence, flexibility, and of course having fun.

There are all different levels of ability in class so dont be nervous about coming to bootcamp. The classes are designed to make you feel comfortable in starting at your own level and gaining strength at your level. All drills, circuits and games are designed to work hard but also have fun.

I want to assure you that everyone gets the most for what they pay for and you will leave feeling excited about next class. There are never two classes alike. Every class is different but we will always focus on strength, confidence, agility, balance, and cardiovascular endurance.

Boot camp will make you stronger and more confident and one of the benefits of Bootcamp is the support of like minded people coming together for one common factor, FITNESS.
Having an experienced certified instructor helps with motivation and skill level and less chance of injury.

For classes you will be required to bring your own yoga mat (for stretching and some exercises), appropriate comfortable workout gear and footwear, 2-10 lbs weights(depending on your ability), a towel and water bottle.

2) Meal plans and programs

You have made the decision to live a healthier and more balanced life. Together, we can put together a balanced nutrition/workout program that will work with your schedule, give you commitment and dedicate you to your goals.

I believe that with every goal we set that we can achieve it when our heart is in it. Fueling your body properly accounts for a large portion of your success with body transformations and brings you into a healthier lifestyle regime.​

​Nutritional Guidance and meal planning will not only help you reach your immediate goals, but also teach you how to build muscle, maintain your ideal weight or lose bodyfat through proper eating habits for the future.
